One of the most common things I hear from moms I work with is this: “I’m too tired, stressed, busy, strapped-to-my-kids, or disconnected from myself, to feel sensual or sexy.” 

And I get it. I’ve been there in the past (watch to hear my lingerie ad story!). I’ll be there in the future. This is motherhood, and with all its ups-and-downs, it’s not a surprise that our sensuality ebbs-and-flows along with it. Right? I’m a sex and relationships coach, and I’ll be the first one to admit that my sensuality, sex drive and sexy confidence are anything but perfect. They rise and fall, in a natural rhythm, just like the tides do! 

But when I notice I’m on the more “uninspired side” of my sensuality spectrum, I have practices that invite it back into my daily life. And I return to them, again and again. 

In today’s video, I share three of my favorite daily practices that take me from “flat and uninspired” to feeling turned-on, lit-up and standing proudly in my sensuality as a woman and mother– in under an hour.

With these practices, I feel happier. With these practices, I become a better mother with far more patience and a stronger sense of humor.

And I am a more engaged and interested partner. Why? Because getting back in touch with my OWN turn-on helps generate more turn-on for my PARTNER! (And I swear, the practices are beyond easy and SO FUN.)
