Yoga Flow (with intro)

Summary

Yoga Flow.  This flow practice is made up of some of my favorite yoga sequences – poses and movements that help me feel alive and open, energized and sensual. Whether you’re a beginner or have an advanced practice, I hope that you’ll settle in and simply feel at home in your body during this juicy flow. Yoga is a practice of DEEP self-love and acceptance, for your miracle of a body, mind, and soul. So, please don’t stress about “nailing all the moves,” just keep breathing and keep accepting yourself, move by move, breath by breath, feeling by feeling.
