Dance Break. You’re just one dance away from feeling happier, sexier, and more passionate about yourself – and that’s what this Dance Break routine will do for you. I took the daily activities we as mothers find ourselves doing, like picking up Legos and stirring the slow-cooker, and I transformed them into fun, freeing dance moves that get you feeling your body in a new way. Try this video once a week, but feel free to infuse your daily life with as many mini dance breaks as possible!
