I can’t believe I just yelled at him that way! What was I thinking?!

Ugh. I didn’t finish the laundry and now she doesn’t have her favorite dress to wear to school. #momfail

I know we need a mommy-daddy night, but I just don’t know if I have it in me to leave the baby at the sitter. He already spent half the day at daycare! It just makes me feel so guilty!

MOM GUILT.

We all feel it. Hell, sometimes it seems like we feel it ALL THE TIME!

And these overwhelming feelings of guilt, feeling like you didn’t do enough. Like you could have tried harder, that if you had only put in a little more effort….

Then what? You’d be super mom? The perfect mom out there doing the perfect things?

Well, listen, I hate to burst your bubble (mine is already burst), but there’s no such thing as a perfect mom. And in my book, we’re all super moms!

And what if I told you all that mom guilt you’ve been feeling is not only unjustified, but it’s HOLDING YOU BACK.

Mom guilt is keeping you down. It’s not letting you do the things you need to do to be happy and healthy and satisfied as a mother and wife and woman.

That’s why I talk about mom guilt in today’s video and explain how to LET. IT. GO. from your life, opening you up to experience more JOY and HAPPINESS and also, new feelings of FREEDOM. (And freedom gives you the opportunity to seek pleasure and satisfaction!).

I want you to know that it was my own mom guilt that spurred this video.

Negative feelings that bubbled up into my head, telling me I’m not good enough and that I didn’t try hard enough. That my kids wouldn’t adapt to a new caregiver and that it would be all my fault. That I could do better.

But that voice is wrong. And I shut it up (but ever-so-gently & lovingly, of course!). And I'm going to teach you how to do it, too.

Because when you get rid of the weight of mom guilt, you FEEL BETTER. You FEEL FREER. And you’re able to embrace that a more sensual, pleasure-filled way of life is there for you without fear of guilt, without that voice in your head distracting you from what you want to pay attention to… The pleasure you can create and feel and experience!

By getting rid of mom guilt, you can replace those feelings of negativity with things that make you feel good. That make you feel alive and sexy and EMPOWERED!

In this week’s video, you’ll learn:

  • Why really, really good moms sometimes feel guilty
  • What the biggest problem with guilt really is
  • How to recognize what causes you to feel guilty
  • The ways to let guilt go so you can fully embark on your journey to being a more SATISFIED MAMA

I know the guilt’s kicking in already, but I’m here to tell you when you stop feeling guilty and start focusing on what you NEED AND WANT, you’ll notice a change in how you feel about yourself and the world.

You’ll notice that you are MORE SATISFIED in life and in your relationship. As a woman and as a mother.

And when that happens, well, that’s success in my book.

As always, thank you, mama, for being here. For working on you. Because you deserve it.

After you watch the video, come back and tell me in the comments how you’re going to overcome and let mom guilt go!

Much love,

Dana
xoxo
